Role Description
This position will play a critical role in enhancing AAA Member relationships and providing each Member with an exceptional customer service experience.
- Answer inbound calls from members seeking updates for their AAA Roadside.
- Communicate to service providers information needed to provide timely assistance to AAA Members.
- Prioritize service requests based on various criteria.
- Monitor the progression of roadside assistance requests and ensure documentation is thorough and accurate.
- Participate in the resolution of service issues and member complaints.
- Update members on progress.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Dispatching experience or 2+ years experience in a Call Center Environment taking inbound calls.
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
Requirements
- Must be able to work overtime and/or on holidays as required by business needs.
- Subject to any pre-approved PTO, expected to work the day after the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
- Must be able to maintain a stable, secure, and hard-wired internet connection for the duration of employment. Wi-Fi connections are not permitted.
- Must be able to provide a work environment free from all disruptions and distractions.
