The primary duties involve executing and facilitating insured service requests accurately and timely, while counseling policyholders on appropriate coverage, limits, payment options, and state laws. Specialists will also review policies prior to renewal via telephone, direct mail, and email to enhance retention and serve as a liaison between the customer, sales agent, and manager.
