Role Description

The Strategic Partnership Admissions Advisor serves as the frontline ambassador for Post University’s employer and community partnerships, guiding prospective students through a personalized discovery process that aligns their career ambitions with educational opportunity.

  • Conduct professional advisory conversations by phone, text, and digital communication channels.
  • Guide prospective students through a consultative discovery process to align their career goals with appropriate academic programs and pathways.
  • Convert partnership-generated inquiries into enrolled and successful starts through thoughtful advising, responsiveness, and persistence.
  • Provide clear guidance on program structure, enrollment steps, funding pathways, and academic expectations.
  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove advising experience that reflects the expectations of Post’s employer partners.
  • Serve as a liaison between prospective students and internal partnership teams to ensure alignment and seamless service.
  • Maintain proactive communication with partnership stakeholders to support enrollment engagement and outcomes.
  • Advise students who utilize employer tuition benefits, tuition assistance programs, or alternative funding pathways.
  • Ensure students understand how their academic choices align with workforce opportunities and professional advancement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prospective student interactions across University systems.
  • Uphold exceptional integrity and attention to detail when tracking inquiries, advising sessions, and enrollment progress.
  • Support continuous improvement through accurate reporting and data-informed communication practices.
  • Demonstrate Post University’s non-negotiable behaviors in every interaction with students, colleagues, and partners.
  • Contribute to a collaborative admissions culture where success is measured through team outcomes and student impact.
  • Embrace feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement in support of professional growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience in admissions, consultative sales, customer engagement, or student advising preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and connection quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high communication volume while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and enrollment management platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong personal accountability, integrity, and commitment to student success.
  • A team-oriented professional who believes that student impact and partnership success are shared responsibilities.

Requirements

  • The starting salary for this position is $45,000 annually plus benefits.
  • Following training, the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday with two evening shifts.
  • This position may be performed remotely from approved states, provided candidates meet Post University’s remote connectivity and workspace requirements.
