Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar
- 1+ years of litigation experience in Subrogation, Insurance Defense, or related fields
- Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft clear legal documents
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of the discovery process, including document management and evidence handling
- Effective client communication skills
- Solid understanding of legal ethics and professional responsibility standards
- Fundamental negotiation skills for settlement discussions and client interactions.
