Executive Recruiter, Financial Services
Fully Remote – 1099 Sub-Contractor straight commission

The opportunity:
We currently have a wonderful opportunity for a FINANCIAL SERVICES recruiter to join our team.
The Executive Recruiter role is responsible for proactively sourcing candidates and managing several searches working directly with clients. Responsibilities include sourcing passive talent, interviewing, networking and interfacing with C-suite clients and other hiring managers as we manage the hiring process.
We work with a range of clients across Financial Services with a specialty in Wealth Management partnering with a select group of prominent and growing firms.
We also have opportunities for other recruiters that have a solid track record in new business development, as we expand our AI and IT desks.
This is a 1099 straight commission role, working virtually.
Who we're looking for:
Due to continued growth and the addition of new searches from current clients, we’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter who understands how to build relationships with passive candidates and ideally has experience within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate is an active listener who is authentic and enjoys building a rapport with people.
100% Commission with tremendous upside in earnings. Fully remote role, with flexibility but generally must be available to monitor your desk 8-5.
Responsibilities for the Financial Services Recruiter role:
- Partner closely with Clients (Financial Services firms) to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.
- Design and implement recruiting strategies for new searches.
- Create job descriptions for clients as needed.
- Write recruitment docs including internal notes and spec sheet on what the client is looking for, as well as communication that’s sent to perspective clients.
- Source and recruit candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Search methods, our internal database, various tools that we use to scour the web, Company Websites, Referrals and networking, as well as ads.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, assessing skillset, investing time to learn their particular pain points and motivators, as well as exploring the personality match to ensure a cultural fit. Take detailed notes on candidates to include in our ATS (Loxo) to maintain our network with financial services professionals and be able to career track and keep candidates in mind as we continually have opportunities.
- Write summary and present candidates to client company.
- Manage interview process with client and candidate, supporting on both ends as needed.
- Negotiate offer and deliver offer to candidates.
Requirements for the Financial Services Recruiter role:
- 2 years MINIMUM of a proven track record of successful recruitment experience is required. Ideally coming out of an agency recruiting for Financial Services clients.
- Must be technically proficient in order to utilize our tech stack
- Emotional regularity! This is an exhilarating business, must be able to handle the highs & lows
- Comfortable cold calling passive talent
- Clear understanding of the entire recruitment cycle.
- Familiarity with Loxo is a plus, but any ATS exposure is ideal.
- Collaborator with an interest in working on a FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT!
- Excellent writing and communication skills are a MUST!
- Ability to pass a background check, checking for criminal activity as well as a history of civil lawsuits
