Job Description
Role Description
Custom Software Systems Inc. (CSS) is seeking a Functional Analyst (Coupa) to augment the team with a focus on Analytics and reporting. The candidate will also provide support, which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
- Partnering with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions
- Configuring settings and approval hierarchies in Coupa to meet organizational requirements
- Research and develop solutions for the integration issues between Coupa and the finance system
- Managing Coupa updates, analyzing feature releases, and implementing new functionalities
- Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
- Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements
- Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships
- Identify resources required for each task
- Define and manage application security
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies
- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL practices and methodologies
- The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa application and analytics
- Regression testing of the application and integrations for the Coupa releases
- Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills
- Possess experience with integration between Coupa and finance applications
Requirements
- US Citizenship or Green Card
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field, or equivalent experience
