Job Description

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis • Effectively address customer and partner inquiries • Develop business plans for assigned territory • Engage with customers and business partners to maintain high levels of service • Collaborate with marketing for execution of marketing plans • Follow-up with customers and partners post-sale • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle • Navigate discussions across all levels of a customer’s organization • Build effective stakeholder maps for key partners

Job Requirements

  • Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls analyzing prospects needs
  • Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions
  • Superior customer experience from the first discovery call
  • Ability to lead a virtual team
  • Experience in developing business plans for assigned territory
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing to develop marketing plans
  • Experience in managing sales cycles from qualifying to closing process
  • Deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, and competitors
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and reporting tools
