This is a high-impact opportunity to redesign and modernize how performance management and strategic talent planning operate at scale. You will architect a next-generation, AI-enabled talent ecosystem that integrates seamlessly into daily workflows and delivers meaningful, real-time insights to leaders. Acting at the intersection of people strategy, technology, and organizational change, you will transform traditional, process-heavy programs into intuitive and engaging experiences. This role requires a product mindset, strong program leadership, and the ability to drive adoption across a globally distributed workforce. You will partner cross-functionally to build scalable frameworks for succession, development, and workforce planning. - Lead the end-to-end redesign of performance management and strategic talent planning processes, including goal-setting, feedback cycles, reviews, succession planning, and development frameworks.
- Build and own a clear roadmap for talent lifecycle initiatives, applying a product-oriented mindset to prioritize features and improvements.
- Partner closely with People Technology teams to translate vision into scalable system configurations, AI-enabled solutions, and seamless integrations within daily workflows.
- Manage multi-phase program rollouts, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and maintaining operational discipline.
- Develop change management strategies, training materials, communication plans, and manager enablement toolkits to drive strong adoption.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and leadership to ensure talent programs align with business priorities and global workforce needs.
- Design succession planning and skills-based frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines and internal mobility.
- Partner with People Analytics to define talent health metrics and build dashboards that provide actionable insights to executives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and implementing global talent management programs across performance management, succession planning, and development frameworks.
- Strong product mindset with experience building roadmaps and balancing employee experience with business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with technology teams to define requirements, support configuration, and implement performance or talent modules (Workday experience is a plus).
- Experience applying AI and emerging technologies to modernize people processes in scalable, practical ways.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to lead multi-phase initiatives in a fully remote environment.
- Expertise in change management, training design, and stakeholder enablement across distributed teams.
- Analytical capabilities to define key talent metrics, interpret data, and present insights to senior leaders.
- Ability to influence and build trusted partnerships across People functions and executive stakeholders.
- Comfort working autonomously, documenting processes clearly, and continuously improving systems year over year.
