Role Description
The Implementation Project Manager will lead complex enterprise software implementations for large healthcare organizations. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of SaaS implementations from kickoff through go live, including projects that may involve EHR integrations, data migrations, system conversions, and workflow transformation initiatives. Working closely with customer stakeholders, technical partners, and internal cross-functional teams, this individual will ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with customer goals, and positioned to drive strong adoption and measurable value.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff through go live and early value realization.
- Develop and manage implementation plans covering integrations, data validation, system configuration, workflow design, training, and launch support.
- Coordinate across internal teams, customer stakeholders, and technical partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Establish project governance, communication cadences, and executive level status reporting for enterprise implementations.
- Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and clinical workstreams.
- Manage project changes, dependencies, and escalations while maintaining strong documentation and communication.
- Communicate implementation progress, risks, and timelines to both operational and executive stakeholders.
- Drive implementation success metrics such as time to value, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to internal improvements by helping develop scalable implementation processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Use delivery metrics and client feedback to continuously improve implementation efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management leading enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and executive level stakeholders.
- Background in healthcare, health technology, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with EHR integrations such as Epic or Oracle Health (Cerner) is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management practices.
- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Notion, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, or similar platform.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% annually.
