You will oversee the full HRIS ecosystem, driving system implementations, enhancements, and governance to streamline workflows and improve organizational efficiency. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs while maintaining compliance with data privacy and security standards. - Lead the HRIS team, providing coaching, development, and mentorship to HRIS Analysts.
- Assess organizational needs and current HR systems, recommending enhancements and improvements to optimize processes.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of HRIS tools, ensuring systems operate efficiently and securely.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement system improvements.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure HR systems align with overall company technology strategy.
- Standardize ticketing workflows, monitor SLAs, and ensure timely, high-quality support for HR system users.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Establish best practices for HRIS governance, permissions, and compliance with global privacy regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and training resources for end users across the organization.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience with HRIS systems, with hands-on Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience managing or leading small teams, with a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach.
- Exposure to global HR operations (supporting 6–10+ countries) is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of HRIS concepts, principles, and best practices, including payroll, learning, recognition, and HRIS/ERP integrations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing ticketing or request queues (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, JIRA) to ensure high user satisfaction.
- Ability to balance global strategy with local requirements and navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with HR data to identify trends, insights, and efficiencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with HR data.
