Role Description

This is a high-impact, temporary role designed to support and maintain influencer marketing programs during a critical growth period. You will manage day-to-day operations for influencer partnerships, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand goals and delivered effectively.

  • Source and outreach to potential influencer partners, ensuring alignment with target demographics and brand values.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to inform campaign optimization and strategy.
  • Review and approve influencer content, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Draft influencer agreements for legal review to secure monthly partnerships.
  • Support creative social media campaigns, brand storytelling, and cross-channel engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube influencer marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Background in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within healthcare or tech-driven environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for patient advocacy and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Nice to have: experience managing healthcare influencer programs, familiarity with Impact (affiliate program manager) and Shopify, and proficiency with BI tools like MixPanel, QuickSight, Looker, or Google Analytics.
