Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Personalized Travel Arrangements Consultant to assist clients with organizing and coordinating travel plans. This role focuses on research, planning accuracy, and client communication to ensure each travel experience is organized efficiently and supported with clear documentation.

  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop customized travel itineraries
  • Coordinate reservations, confirm bookings, prepare documentation, and maintain organized records
  • Assist clients with updates, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments before, during, and after travel when necessary
