- Maintain short and long-term revenue forecasting.
- Deliver timely, decision-ready revenue insights.
- Lead tactical and strategic pricing activities.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for pricing strategies.
- Maintain and improve an efficient operating model.
- Develop detailed financial models to highlight key metrics.
- Support pricing strategies for new and existing clients.
- Monitor industry trends for pricing recommendations.
- Partner with Product Marketing for pricing research.
- Provide analysis to senior leadership on pricing models.
- Establish project plans for pricing & retention projects.
- Mentor team members to enhance performance.
- Support deal execution with quota impact analysis.
- Prepare high-quality documents and presentations.
- Manage governance processes for pricing decisions.

- Lead research & analysis projects with Marketing.
- Identify actionable insights for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in high-growth companies.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Excellent financial modeling skills.
- Experience in SaaS and FinTech is a plus.
- MBA degree is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis tools and procedures.
- Strong strategic thinking and collaborative skills.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to partner effectively with various teams.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and adaptable work style.
- Ability to influence across multiple functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
