Job Requirements
- Have working knowledge of relevant Medicare and benefits laws
- Be proficient in time management, meeting deadlines, people management, Medicare and benefits regulations, critical thinking, and root cause analysis
- Be skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Display effective communication with clarity and detail through written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrate ability to leverage problem solving/critical thinking skills
- Have ability to ensure accuracy of work and adherence to data security best practices
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
