• Drive operational readiness for data center products from pre-launch through scale • Define and maintain operating models, runbooks, SOPs, and escalation frameworks • Support and execute product launch readiness, regional onboarding, and scale-out activities • Translate product and engineering designs into clear, executable operational workflows • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive automation, tooling, and system integrations • Ensure data quality, system integrity, and reliable end-to-end operational workflows • Support lifecycle performance in production, including deployment, operation, maintenance, and retirement • Identify operational risks and bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans and design feedback • Define, track, and improve operational KPIs (e.g., time-to-deploy, MTTR, yield, availability) • Establish feedback loops between operations, product, and engineering teams • Participate as an operational leader in product reviews, readiness assessments, and post-launch retrospectives
