• Own operational readiness for data center products from pre-launch through scale • Define and maintain operating models, runbooks, SOPs, and escalation frameworks • Lead product launch readiness, regional onboarding, and scale-out execution • Translate product and engineering designs into executable operational workflows • Drive automation, tooling, and system integrations across the data center ecosystem • Ensure data quality, system integrity, and reliable end-to-end workflows • Own product lifecycle performance in production, including deployment, operation, maintenance, and retirement • Identify operational risks and bottlenecks, drive mitigation and design feedback • Define, track, and improve operational KPIs (e.g., time-to-deploy, MTTR, yield, availability) • Establish closed-loop feedback between operations, product, and engineering teams • Serve as the operational authority in product reviews, readiness assessments, and post-launch retrospectives
