Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts in the travel industry, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and promote Faye Travel Insurance products. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities. • Represent Faye in various professional forums, conferences and events in the travel space.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in leading account development activities, specifically B2B2C account development within the travel or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the travel sector, including agencies, airlines, cruise lines, hospitality, tour operators and OTAs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability and desire to travel domestically and internationally.
