Job Description
What will you be Doing:
Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this position will provide legal support to the Legal Team with specific emphasis on Non Disclosure Agreements, MSAs, Data Licensing Agreements, Research Site Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, project support and miscellaneous contract support, tracking, and management as needed. Additionally, position will support the business with response to legal questions, develop legally binding agreements between Premier and end customers utilizing templates; analyze contract information by performing due diligence on current/proposed pricing, terms, fees, and deliverables; collaborate with internal stakeholders during initial creation and throughout revisions; and ensure all executed contracts are distributed to and processed with applicable internal stakeholders.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail as well as tact and integrity due to the frequency of senior -
level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data. Work is performed under minimal supervision and requires incumbents to exercise independence and discretion.
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 4 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Experience to include:
- Experience in Litigation management and e-Discovery. This includes doing redactions and preparing documents for production. Contract experience reviewing confidentiality agreements. Law Firm and/or In-House legal experience preferred.
- Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) or Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved school.
Education:
Bachelors, Certifications like CSM, PMP, Org Change Mgmt, ITIL, Six Sigma are recognized
