Role Description
The Legal Administrator will manage client files and serve as the main point of contact for clients, while representing the company in a professional manner.
- Schedule: Regular business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
- Positions: 2
- Salary: $20.00/hour
- Location: Must reside a commutable distance from our office in Downtown Chicago, but can work remotely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to type 40 wpm, and have 10-Key experience
- Excellent, professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where top priorities change regularly
- Good problem-solving and analytic skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Requirements
- College degree or coursework is a plus
- Experience working in a legal setting
- Experience with CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Business Systems) collection system is a plus
- Experience with Pacer
