Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house, agency, or freelance).
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring for tech and commercial roles, ideally within Healthcare IT.
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, and deliver results quickly.
- Experience with ATS tools, especially Workable, is a plus.
- Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to ongoing recruiting projects.
