Job Description

• Manage the recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from intake meetings, sourcing, and screening to coordination with hiring managers. • Build strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels. • Map the talent market to identify high-potential candidates, niche skill sets, and new sourcing channels. • Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements and company culture. • Act as a trusted advisor to the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers, providing market insights and recommendations. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. • Maintain accurate updates in our ATS and provide weekly progress reports.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house, agency, or freelance).
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring for tech and commercial roles, ideally within Healthcare IT.
  • Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, and deliver results quickly.
  • Experience with ATS tools, especially Workable, is a plus.
  • Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to ongoing recruiting projects.
