Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of strategic account management experience in Semiconductor or related industries
- Experience developing and executing complex, multi-year commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of Semiconductor industry dynamics and market trends
- Strong relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels
- Advanced negotiation, financial analysis, and business planning capabilities
- Experience coordinating matrix teams and collaborating across functions
- Strong presentation and communication skills at executive level
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagement
- Experience growing revenue and expanding market share
- Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
- Deep knowledge of laboratory, research, and production workflows
- Experience managing large, complex customer relationships
