Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience
- Extensive experience driving visual design for native mobile apps
- Strong understanding of platform-specific design patterns, performance considerations, and deployment workflows
- Experience working with design systems, both as a user and contributor
- Proven experience in shipping native mobile products (iOS/Android)
- Proficient in Figma
- Basic understanding of Swift or other programming languages to effectively communicate with developers is a plus
- Proven ability managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and working within deadlines
- Experience with WCAG accessibility guidelines are a plus.
