Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate project plan and budget for a multi-year change management project, encompassing all phases: development, internal change management, and customer touchpoints. • Establish and enforce rigorous project governance processes, including risk management, issue tracking, change control, and decision-making frameworks. • Serve as the primary communication hub for the project, providing timely, clear, and accurate status updates, forecasts, and reports to executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and team members. • Facilitate and lead regular steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and core team stand-ups. • Manage the strategy and execution of customer roll-out and acceptance testing, coordinating pilots, beta programs, and phased deployment plans. • Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) component, specifically focusing on internal employee adaptation to new technology, tools, and processes. • Collect and analyze customer and user feedback throughout the migration process to inform continuous improvement. • Partner with the Training team to translate changes into competence and confidence for internal staff and external customers • Establish metrics and mechanisms for measuring project success, including customer adoption rates and internal process efficiency improvements. • Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs; prepare regular status reports for leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale, enterprise-level software modernization projects
  • 3+ years experience within the Healthcare IT or EHR/EMR industry is highly preferred
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles and practices
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, executive reporting, and cross-functional team leadership
  • Proven ability to manage risk, budget, and scope within a complex, multi-year project environment
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
