Job Requirements
- Experience working with AMS360 and a solid understanding of commercial insurance lines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in client servicing and communication, both written and verbal, with a focus on responsiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to quote policies, understand carrier appetites, and manage renewal processes.
- Working knowledge of certificate issuance and management, including meeting contract requirements.
- Familiarity with commercial insurance billing, including setting up invoices, taking payments, and managing finance agreements.
- Proficient with DocuSign, and carrier portals, with the ability to coordinate electronic signatures and document workflows.
