Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations teams in high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success improving deal velocity while maintaining strong governance and controls
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess deal structures and economics
- Experience scaling processes and automation within Salesforce, CPQ, and provisioning/order systems
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, aligning Sales, Finance, Legal, and Systems around simple, scalable solutions.
