• Lead and grow MiLa’s presence across key national and regional grocery retailers, driving distribution, velocity, and revenue growth in Chinese foods • Develop and manage strong relationships with retail buyers, category managers, and broker partners to expand MiLa’s presence in stores • Own business planning and execution for assigned accounts, including forecasting, assortment strategy, promotional planning, and shelving objectives • Identify opportunities for distribution expansion, new item authorizations, and category growth across key retailers • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure successful customer execution • Analyze retail performance using syndicated data sources such as SPINS, Nielsen, or IRI to inform strategy and provide actionable insights • Track customer activity, item setup, and account documentation • Represent MiLa at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and broker events to build brand visibility and strengthen partnerships • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities for MiLa within the frozen and Asian food categories
