Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships across multiple business verticals in a highly regulated, fast-paced industry. The Senior Business Development Manager will identify, negotiate, and manage commercial partnerships while optimizing vendor performance and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Product, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure commercial and regulatory objectives are met. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, relationship management expertise, and the ability to balance multiple priorities across different markets. You will play a central role in expanding market presence, driving revenue initiatives, and shaping partnership strategies that deliver measurable business impact. This is a remote-first opportunity within the United States, offering exposure to national and international vendor ecosystems.

Accountabilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic business development opportunities aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of vendor and commercial partnerships, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and compliance oversight.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders to optimize performance and collaboration.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives through strategic content and vendor mix optimization.
  • Analyze partner performance and market data to recommend corrective actions and inform ROI frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness for new market launches, ensuring alignment with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.
  • Oversee reporting and financial coordination with BI and Finance teams to ensure accurate interpretation of KPIs, contracts, and invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, commercial management, or account leadership roles.
  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, or regulated digital gaming environments preferred.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship management skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and recommend actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, as required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
