• Act as the trusted advisor to GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) and G&A executives to define hiring needs, create success profiles, and build robust, diverse talent pipelines. • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of talent acquisition partners to achieve regional hiring goals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. • Utilize Gem CRM and Lever ATS data and recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring impact to senior leadership. • Oversee proactive sourcing strategies for critical GTM roles, utilizing networking and advanced search techniques to position Coupa as an employer of choice. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from talent mapping to offer negotiation—ensuring a world-class candidate experience. • Guide the team through evolving business needs and organizational shifts, maintaining agility and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
