The Revenue Operations Director will lead the strategy and execution of the company’s revenue operations, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success to drive predictable growth. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, systems, and data insights to enable cross-functional teams to achieve business targets efficiently. You will act as a strategic partner, providing operational guidance, building dashboards, forecasting revenue, and ensuring alignment across go-to-market functions. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer lifecycle management. - Lead the revenue operations strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, GTM operations, business-aligned FP&A, or related revenue functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM, business, finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Deep familiarity with CRM platforms and revenue operations tools.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency across complex organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Startup and enterprise experience is a plus, as is a strong interest in advanced technology or quantum computing.
