Role Description
The Sr. Specialist, IT Integration Development position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing secure, scalable and efficient integration solutions between multiple Road Scholar internal applications, such as ERP / CRM systems, web-centric systems, and external applications and services.
In this role, you will provide:
- Develops and maintains code for integrations and web services.
- Provides support and maintenance for integration packages and code.
- Interacts with development team to ensure quality standards are adhered to during development and implementation.
- Ensures exceptional quality of deliverables, including technical design, implementation, testing, and compliance, and is accountable for performance and efficiency of solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with 5+ years of progressive technical experience.
- Development experience is a must, JavaScript, Java/Groovy, or any programming language.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services, XML, XSLT, WSDL, XSD, JSON.
- Integration experience with Dell Boomi, WebMethods, or a similar platform is highly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of secure web-integration architecture.
- Salesforce integration and Azure development (serverless functions, etc) is a plus.
- Experience with SQL preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment to manage competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and deliver high quality materials.

Responsibilities include building relationships with key decision-makers, presenting solutions, conducting live presentations, and managing the sales pipeline to meet annual revenue goals.
The Business Development Representative will act as the initial contact for prospects, handling both inbound and outbound communications to educate them on the platform's ability to improve community engagement. This role is responsible for qualifying leads and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
The representative will proactively generate new business leads through research, networking, and high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to qualify potential clients. Key duties include developing a deep product understanding, collaborating with the sales team on strategies, scheduling meetings, maintaining CRM records, and providing feedback on lead quality.
