Job Description
• Key role in client-facing staff and day-to-day on client expectations.
• Support high volume of tactical projects.
• Provide support to Managing Director and Vice President, Client Services, to meet business needs.
• Manage project financials by preparing and reporting accruals and overseeing invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely submission to the operations team.
Job Requirements
- Experience working closely with content, editorial, creative, and digital teams.
- Highly experienced in working with and managing many deliverables across multiple pharma clients and products.
- Complete understanding of the MLR submission process.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of market access consulting and communications principles and projects.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to address challenges collaboratively within internal teams.
- Proactively resolve issues with clients.
