Role Description

This role is designed for a dynamic marketing professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys combining sales, consulting, and strategic marketing execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned dealer base, guiding them to optimize marketing plans, achieve business goals, and enhance overall performance. The position allows you to leverage data-driven insights and marketing best practices to support customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, manage multiple initiatives, and help create measurable impact across your territory.   • Serve as the main contact for assigned dealer accounts, providing consultative marketing support and guidance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain dealer marketing plans to maximize ROI and achieve retention and growth objectives.
  • Educate dealers on program offerings, encourage enrollment, and consult on product/service selections.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies to ensure dealer success and competitiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer communications, campaign performance, and operational data.
  • Produce reports and recommendations regarding dealer performance, campaign effectiveness, and process improvements.
  • Implement quality control for marketing materials, dealer selections, and copy, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data issues and support broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B or dealer support.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and educate diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting and editing marketing communications.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations to optimize marketing outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing systems, and basic reporting platforms.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
