Job Description
The Change Management team within Citizens Wealth plays a critical role in understanding, planning, and implementing strategic initiatives. The Strategy Manager will collaborate with leaders from within Wealth Management, and cross-functionally with other business lines to implement assigned strategic initiatives. The person in this role is expected to provide thought leadership and expertise in change management routines and execution through a deep understanding of the Wealth Management business. Intellectual curiosity, combined with relationship-building and communication skills will be key to success.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with and influence Wealth Management leaders and their teams to ensure proper change management routines are in place for successful execution of strategic priorities
Ability to influence stakeholders at the most senior levels within the business
Provide project management support to assigned strategic initiatives
Prepare and deliver presentations related to assigned initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years Change Management experience
5-7 years of experience in Wealth Management preferably in a strategy or program/project management role
Proven ability to effectively organize and execute a change agenda
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills – ability to communicate effectively
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to interact, influence, and partner with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to diagnose problems, determine key findings and opportunities from data, analytics, and internal/external research, prioritize strategic solutions, and present clear and comprehensive recommendations to senior management
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
Demonstrate high degree of confidentiality, adaptability, and latitude, responding efficiently to changing projects and dynamics
Have a continuous learning and innovation mindset
Knowledge of the Consumer Bank a plus
Education: bachelor’s degree required
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
