Role Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Designer to help shape the look and tone of Zoom and support our diverse and global user base. In this role, you will lead large-scale design projects, ensuring that every visual element enhances accessibility, user experience, and business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, engineering, product, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and execution of accessible, brand-aligned digital experiences across Zoom’s web ecosystem.
• Maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and inclusivity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging, high-performing web experiences.
• Applying responsive design and UX best practices to improve usability for all users.
• Creating digital assets that communicate Zoom’s value and drive engagement.
• Mentoring designers and fostering a collaborative, inclusive creative culture.

Qualifications

• Hold further education in Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrate experience designing digital experiences for web or SaaS environments with a robust, user-centered portfolio.
• Apply knowledge of responsive and inclusive design principles to create scalable systems.
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools) to deliver high-quality design assets.
• Communicate design rationale clearly and present work effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Combine storytelling, branding, and visual design to create cohesive user experiences.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to inspire innovation.
• Provide mentorship and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Minimum Salary: $98,900.00
• Maximum Salary: $228,700.00
• Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
• Location-based compensation structure may result in different salary ranges for candidates in various locations.
