Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the technology, industrial, or enterprise solutions sector.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce), and account planning methodologies.
- Ability to strategically identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
- Knowledge of Hitachi's products and services, or a strong desire to learn, is a plus.
