As an AI Producer, you will sit at the intersection of AI-enabled production, project delivery, and client collaboration. Your mission is to turn AI strategies and briefs into well-structured projects that deliver high-quality outputs quickly and efficiently.
You will coordinate across creative teams, prompt engineers, agent architects, sales teams and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest quality standards.
Through this work, you’ll help shape how AI is used in modern marketing production - enabling teams to create, test, and scale content faster than ever before.
Run AI-powered creative projects from brief through delivery, ensuring outputs are delivered on time, on brief, and to Pencil’s quality standards
Work closely with the AI Strategist to bring AI-driven workflows to life through structured project execution.
Coordinate across creative teams, prompt engineers, agent designers, sales teams, and client stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.
Manage timelines, project tracking, and communication across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, blockers, or dependencies.
Manage feedback loops between clients, internal teams, and creative contributors to ensure alignment throughout the production process.
Final check of deliverables against briefs, brand guidelines, and objectives before delivery.
Ensure all deliverables meet brief requirements, brand guidelines, and stated objectives before final submission.
Contribute insights from project delivery to help improve AI workflows, production processes, and product capabilities.
Continuously improve project workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enable more scalable AI-enabled production.
Works as an active member of the enablement team, helping to align priorities, promote open communication, and support a collaborative working environment.

You’ve built experience in creative production, digital production, project management, or agency operations, ideally in an agency, tech, or SaaS environment.
You have a strong understanding of generative AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows, particularly in marketing, content, or creative production.
You have experience running creative or marketing projects from brief through delivery.
You’re organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining clarity and structure.
You have an interest in generative AI, automation, or AI-enabled creative workflows.
You are comfortable working across cross-functional teams including creative, product, and client stakeholders.
You are proactive about learning new tools and processes that improve efficiency and collaboration.
You enjoy turning complex briefs into clear plans that help teams work efficiently.
