Job Description
Dynatrace is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and support the Marketing Leadership Team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence. You will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of the leadership team by managing calendars, travel and expenses, and operational needs with finesse, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage and optimize schedules for the Marketing Leadership team, ensuring effective prioritization of requests.
- Meeting Preparation: Help prioritize meeting requests, making sure leaders are informed and well-prepared for upcoming commitments. Plan and coordinate logistical arrangements, such as meeting spaces, meals, and IT requirements.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and oversee travel plans to ensure seamless itineraries for the leadership team.
- Operational Support: Handle monthly operational requirements, including approvals, expense reporting, and other critical tasks.
- Expense Management: Oversee and process expense reports with an eye for detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaboration: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Manage sensitive and time-critical information with the utmost discretion and prioritization.
- Flexibility: Adapt to support the diverse needs of a dynamic Marketing Leadership team, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Minimum Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED
- 6+ years of relevant Executive Assistant experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Detail-oriented individual with an understanding of an enterprise software business.
- Self-starter with a proven track record to effectively support a global team across multiple time zones
- Exemplary planning, organizational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of personal and professional integrity and the ability to work with confidential information
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and absorb new information, working styles, cultural nuances and team cadence.
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology

- The base salary range for this role is $91,000 - $114,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
