Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Native-level English
- Experience in sales and business development in a B2B SaaS company
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- German or Japanese are a plus
- Experience in LegalTech
- Experience using lead generation tools (Apollo, Email Verifier, ZoomInfo), blacklisting tools, and HubSpot
- Experienced in preparing documents and presentations for various stakeholders
- Ability to interpret performance data and derive improvements
- Excellent time management and process structuring abilities
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach
- Passion for innovation in the legal market through new technologies
- Proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions without hesitation
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate in a team
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to implement feedback and continuously improve performance
- Willingness to handle administrative tasks to support team efficiency
- Strong team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for participating in team events and collaboration.
