ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a creative, well-organized, and data-driven growth-minded marketer to join our growing commercial team. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption and utilization across our growing book of business of some of the nation’s top employers.
If you enjoy solving interesting problems, working in fast-paced environments, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pet families across the country, this is the position for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Drive product adoption and utilization through strong partnerships with client success, product, and marketing teams

Work closely with the client success team to foster strong client relationships, ensuring alignment on marketing strategies and goals.

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that reach diverse employee audiences across multiple channels, ensuring both scalability and customization where it matters.

Track and analyze key metrics, making recommendations to optimize campaign performance.

Ensure clients are meeting/exceeding growth targets in partnership with the customer success team.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

3-5 years of marketing experience

B2B2C experience
-
Experience working directly with benefits leaders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Highly organized and attentive to detail

Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively tackle strategic initiatives and immediate business needs

Must love pets!
