Business Development Manager / Channel Partners
Location: Remote (Preferably Eastern U.S.)

Channel Partners include Sensormatic, Motorola, Zebra, as well as Strategic Brand Partners such as Gillette, Tide, Bacardi, Diageo, and others.
Our typical customer is a Tier-1 retail chain with 100 to 1,000+ stores, and your typical order size ranges between $500K and $3M. As Business Development manager, you’ll be responsible for both some direct accounts as well as leveraging the sales teams of our channel partners to grow your book of business.
This position offers a total annual compensation range of $170,000 to $200,000, including base salary and performance incentives with no upside cap.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with channel partners to move opportunities from trial to rollout
- Leverage existing CPG brand relationships to identify new opportunities
- Own and manage a focused pipeline of existing direct Tier-1 retail clients
- Prospect new target accounts and new applications within existing accounts
- Use HubSpot CRM for prospecting, forecasting, and activity tracking
- Engage with customers through LinkedIn and other social channels to build awareness
- Generate excitement within partner sales teams and drive retailers to trial our systems
- Analyze results and demonstrate ROI to partners and customers
- Navigate complex capital budgeting processes and close large-scale deals
- Present compelling solution proposals to VP-level executives
- Partner with Indyme’s internal teams—Sales Engineering, Client Success, and Project Management—to deliver an exceptional sales support
