Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Manager, Demand Generation, is responsible for managing our marketing programs designed to maximize the response rate and ROI of marketing initiatives for a fast-paced software company. You will drive the execution of the programs, including strategic planning and ownership of the campaign roadmap. Additionally, you will exercise your knowledge in digital marketing techniques using research and response information along with data analysis to recommend optimal target audiences, offers, marketing channels, and response capture methods that assist in improving our digital marketing activity results. In the role, you'll collaborate with enablement, product, sales, and functional leaders to influence our marketing efforts and apply best practices for new sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, achieving an annual increase of over 15%.
  • Develop and implement marketing processes that track and enhance the velocity from lead to opportunity, demonstrating measurable improvements each year.
  • Design processes and campaigns that increase lead volume by over 15% annually and achieve an MQL to Sales Qualified Opportunity conversion rate of at least 14%.
  • Construct a reverse waterfall budget for demand generation that projects necessary lead volumes to meet and exceed marketing booking goals, increasing annually by more than 5% points to 40%.
  • Drive organic lead generation through enhanced web presence and SEO strategies, increasing website visitors and LinkedIn followers by over 10% annually.
