Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims resolution and denial management for therapy/psychiatric practices
- Strong analytical skills — able to identify trends and systemic billing issues
- Deep knowledge of payer-specific rules and "incident to" billing
- Experience with national clearinghouses
- Familiarity with TherapyNotes or similar EHR platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with credentialing is a strong plus
- Reliable high-speed internet and phone service.
