Role Description

At Daymark Health, we are building technology that improves how cancer care is delivered and received. We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex operational and clinical problems, building thoughtful user experiences, and driving meaningful outcomes for care teams and patients. You’ll be part of a small but growing technology team, and will work closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Clinical Teams. In this role, you will:

  • Work end-to-end across the product development lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through execution, launch, feedback collection, and iteration.
  • Operate hands-on when needed to move work forward, whether that means building reports, refining workflows, making lightweight configuration changes, or helping solve urgent operational problems.
  • Leverage AI in your day-to-day work and help identify opportunities to apply AI for automation use cases.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building and shipping user-centric products with complex workflows.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator who can work effectively across technical, operational, and clinical teams.
  • Regularly uses AI in daily work and is excited about how AI and emerging tools can improve workflows, efficiency, and care delivery.
  • Motivated by the opportunity to improve the healthcare system and aligned with Daymark’s mission to transform cancer care for patients, families, and providers.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare product management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on operational skills.
  • Ability to leverage AI for workflow improvements.

Benefits

  • Fully remote role.
  • Compensation: $155,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on location & experience.
