Role Description
We are seeking a high-impact Sr. Recruiter to support hiring across key functions, including Sales, Engineering, Product, and Corporate roles. This person will own full-cycle recruiting and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent in a competitive cybersecurity market.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to recruit for enterprise software and cybersecurity talent, and excels at building strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
- Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture alignment.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and candidate insights.
- Drive efficiency and maintain accurate records within the ATS and recruiting systems.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure equitable hiring practices.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology and/or software and cybersecurity companies.
- Experience hiring for enterprise software roles (sales, engineering, product, support, etc.).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ATS platforms such as iCIMS, or similar.

- Experience supporting high-growth or scaling technology organizations.
