Job Description
Job Requirements
- Five or more years’ experience in a high-level coordinator or event planning role
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful & efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role
- Experience supporting commercial and sales functions desired; medical device company experience preferred
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Adaptable – adapts to changes in the work environment while managing competing demands; is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events; can work under pressure and will little supervision
- Proactive – highly motivated self-starter, proactive thinker, organized, detail oriented.
- Communicator – advanced interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Confident – confidence to interact with senior and executive level management
- Discrete – identify sensitive information and maintain confidentiality with tact and discretion
- Collaborative – contribute to a positive, collaborative, and innovative work environment

- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
