Job Description

As we scale ClickGrow, we are looking for a technical, bilingual Onboarding Specialist based in Latin America. You will be the face of the company for our newest users, ensuring they find immediate value during their initial trial period.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where your goal is to bridge the gap between "signing up" and "finding success." You will lead rapid-fire, 30-minute technical setup sessions to ensure every trial user is configured for growth from day one. Management reserves the right to modify or update the job description at any time, and such changes may be made without prior notice. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Kick-off calls. Conduct back-to-back, 30-minute* Zoom sessions with customers who have just started their free trial.
  • Guide users through the end-to-end account setup, including API integrations, tracking installations, and dashboard configuration.
  • Clearly communicate the value of ClickGrow features while troubleshooting any immediate technical hurdles the user faces.
  • Identify common friction points during the setup process and relay feedback to the product team to improve the self-serve experience.
  • Review and verify available information
  • Ensure utmost confidentiality while handling the Onboarding
  • Ensure new clients have access to technical assistance to properly connect and set up their software
  • Uphold all verification details on the ClickGrow dashboard by being diligent in reviewing client details and profiles
  • Escalate fraud, suspicious activity, or terms of service violations to the appropriate team
  • Adapt to evolving requirements, internal policies, and operations

Required Qualifications:
  • Based in Latin America (any country) to align with our primary time zones.
  • Bilingual Proficiency (English C1/C2): Exceptional verbal and written English is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable leading technical conversations with the USA and global clients.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience with SaaS platforms, basic web technologies, or marketing technology (MarTech) stacks. You should be able to "talk shop" regarding integrations and account settings.
  • Time Management Pro: Ability to manage a dense calendar of 30-minute sessions, staying energized and punctual throughout the day.
  • Detail-oriented and structured thinking
  • Two or more years of experience in a similar role is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills. Being able to manage multiple client cases at once
