Role Description

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Project Cost Administrator to join our amazing culture for the Vertical Market team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing project financials
  • Coordinating closeout tasks with multiple groups
  • Leading WIP meetings as necessary

As a Project Cost Administrator, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage financial responsibilities in a fast-paced install business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Requirements

  • Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
  • Preferred Experience: 2-3 years project cost experience (but not required)
