Role Description
This role requires native-level fluency in English to manage the full sales cycle, including both pre-sales and sales activities, across inbound and outbound channels. The primary focus is the U.S. market, engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- B2B client prospecting in the U.S. market for Staff Augmentation and temporary squads.
- Execution of outbound and inbound sales strategies.
- Leads qualification.
- LinkedIn content creation and relationship building (Social Selling).
- Email follow-ups and CRM updates.
- Scheduling and leading meetings - preparing supporting materials.
- Preparing commercial proposals.
- Creating reports for management.
- Tracking and analyzing KPIs.
Qualifications
- Fluent/native English.
- Previous experience in B2B sales.
- Experience with CRM.
Requirements
- Experience selling B2B solutions to senior/executive stakeholders in the tech industry (nice-to-have).
- Previous experience selling to U.S.-based clients (nice-to-have).
- Experience with ActiveCampaign CRM (nice-to-have).
