At YouAppi, we’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our growing team.
This role is key to the expansion of our US business and has a direct impact on revenue growth, client relationships, and market development.
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue while owning and executing sales strategy in the North America market. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent growth and strong client relationships.
- Go-To-Market Strategy & Planning: Build and execute go-to-market strategies, including short- and long-term account and agency plans, pipeline development, and prioritization of target advertisers and agencies.
- New Business Development: Prospect and close new business with a targeted list of app advertisers and agencies within the mobile app ecosystem.
- Revenue Ownership: Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals in line with the sales plan through a strong understanding of YouAppi’s products, ad inventory, and market positioning.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, research, pitching, negotiation, closing, and deal launch. Conduct all necessary research to identify target accounts and define strategies to win budgets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring honest communication, clear expectation setting, and consistent delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders—including Customer Success, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Product—to maximize advertising revenue and ensure smooth deal execution.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across new and existing clients, supporting sustainable revenue growth.
- Industry Engagement: Represent YouAppi in meetings, industry events, and client visits as needed to support relationship development and business growth.

- Organized, methodical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to speak confidently about performance, programmatic solutions, and campaign results.
