GAME TIME ENERGY, LIFETIME EXPERIENCE 

As a District Manager, you will create legendary experiences for guests by overseeing operational processes and procedures for a region of restaurants. You will serve as the liaison between sports bars and support center ensuring strong communication of initiatives, programs, and key focus areas. You will also focus on daily sales, marketing plans and operations including costs of goods sold, labor, and guest relationsAdditional key areas of responsibility include:  

 

  • Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to management teams. 

  • Coach and support management teams on team member recruiting, development, performance management, and retention.  

  • Support training and development of management team members.

YOU GOT THIS 

  • You have 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience.  

  • You have a general knowledge of functional support areas including Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Finance, and Development.  

  • You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year 

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.

Employees (and their families) may elect to be covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, and can enroll in our company’s 401K plan. Employees receive a PTO plan plus up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and are eligible to participate in the company bonus program.
